Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data GlowMaxxing collects, why, and how it is protected. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Who We Are
GlowMaxxing ("we", "us", or "our") operates the GlowMaxxing iOS application. If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us at support@erozanov.com.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the App's features:

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information unless you contact us directly.
3. Camera and Photo Library
The App requests camera and photo library access exclusively to enable the face analysis and progress tracking features. Photos are:
- Sent to our AI processing service (Anthropic) over an encrypted connection for analysis
- Not stored on our servers after analysis is complete
- Never used for advertising, training third-party models, or shared with any other party
You can revoke camera and photo access at any time in your iPhone's Settings without affecting other App functionality.
4. AI Processing
Face analysis and beauty recommendations are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Images and relevant context are transmitted to Anthropic solely to generate your personalised results. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy and is contractually prohibited from retaining or training on your data. For more information, see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
All subscription billing is handled by Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymised user identifier and subscription state but does not receive your payment details, name, or any biometric data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
6. Local Storage
Most of your data — including quiz results, face analysis outcomes, routines, and progress photos — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage APIs. This data is included in iCloud backups if you have iCloud Backup enabled for the App, which is controlled in your device settings.
7. Analytics
We collect minimal, anonymised telemetry through our Cloudflare infrastructure to monitor App performance and stability. This includes aggregate request counts and error rates. No personal identifiers, device IDs, or biometric data are included in this telemetry.
8. Children's Privacy
GlowMaxxing is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. Your Rights
Because the majority of your data is stored on your own device, you have full control. You can:
- Access and delete your data by clearing the App's local storage or uninstalling the App
- Revoke permissions (camera, photo library) at any time via iOS Settings
- Manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
- Contact us at support@erozanov.com for any privacy-related requests
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA). Please contact us to exercise these rights.
10. Data Security
All data transmitted between the App and our services is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. On-device data is protected by iOS data protection. We do not retain facial images or biometric data on our servers.
11. Data Retention
We do not retain personal data on our servers. Any data transmitted for AI processing (e.g., face images) is discarded immediately after the response is returned. Anonymised analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 12 months.
12. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
